+ Events): Beautiful and large studio space with classic Rochester wood floors, soft lighting, and a serene atmosphere, included with all the props you could need for your practice. Location in NOTA, Rochester NY
Henrietta Rec Center (T,Th): Henrietta Rec Center is a bustling energetic atmosphere with many class options to choose from. When you walk in, you can tell that this is the place where many folks enjoy spending their time. 6 Week sessions.
Chili Rec Center (W): Located in an upstairs fitness room that blocks out the sounds below, Chili Rec Center is an updated facility with a modern vibe. I am now offering 2 different classes here starting January 2025. 6 week sessions.
